The AUTOSMART 123 automatic sheeter, equipped with 123 mm diameter cylinders, is designed to process very stiff doughs while achieving extremely thin dough thicknesses.
It is ideal for medium-scale production while also meeting industrial production requirements.
The machine features a stainless steel structure for maximum durability and hygiene.
AUTOSMART 123 is available in models 7014, 7016 and 7020, with 700 mm wide tables for processing even larger dough quantities.
On all models, the user-friendly touch screen panel makes programming extremely simple and intuitive.
Operators can store up to 50 lamination programs and multiple sequential working cycles by programming starts, stops, lowering and lifting of the calibration cylinders according to production needs.
The fully automated “no-stress” flour duster and dough winder further reduce processing times and improve production efficiency.
