Description

The IBT professional diving arm mixer is specifically designed for high-hydration doughs and large leavened bakery products.
Its operation is based on the alternating movement of two arms that knead the dough with a rhythmic and controlled action, reproducing the traditional hand-kneading process. Designed to ensure continuous operation and high production capacity, it guarantees long-term reliability and consistent final product quality.
The IBT diving arm mixer is available in several models according to loading capacity, from 45 to 160 litres with side-mounted controls.
The control panel is available in two versions: a programmable variable-speed touch screen panel or a 2-speed control panel with dual timers.

Cast iron transmission head with oil-bath gears.
Bowl and tools made of stainless steel.
Thermoformed bowl cover (rod grid available only for non-CE countries).
Ventilation fan for the mixing chamber to maintain the correct humidity level at all times.
Machine locking system with the arms always in the raised position to facilitate unloading and cleaning (only on the Variable Speed version with touch screen panel).
Pneumatic piston to facilitate lifting of the safety guard.
The special stainless steel chute allows ingredients to be added during processing without lifting the easy-to-clean PET safety guard
