The lifters / tilter for bowl for the Helix VE 160/200 spiral mixer, available with discharge on a bench (1400 mm height) or on divider (1900 mm height), are designed for advanced bakery and pastry production facilities.
They are used to transfer dough from removable bowl mixers directly to the bench or to other equipment, such as dough dividers, improving workflow efficiency, ergonomics and production continuity.
