Description

The HELIX AR 190 spiral mixer self-tilting is the ideal solution for bakeries and pastry laboratories looking to simplify dough unloading operations directly on divider.
The machine is equipped with a robust lifting system combined with a HELIX fixed bowl spiral mixer, available in 80/100, 130 and 160/200 litre models.
The self-tilting, featuring an intuitive control panel, automatically tilts the entire mixer onto the divider, allowing effortless dough discharge without manual handling.
The mixer control panel is available in different versions:

2-SPEED CONTROL PANEL WITH TIMER: manual operation allows the user to set the working time with automatic switching from first to second speed.
The panel includes a bowl rotation pulse button to facilitate dough extraction, a bowl reverse rotation selector and a 3-position selector for slow or fast bowl rotation.

2-SPEED DIGITAL CONTROL PANEL (ID): this control panel allows manual, semi-automatic and automatic operation.
In semi-automatic mode, the required dough mixing times can be set easily.
In automatic mode, up to 20 working programs can be stored and recalled whenever needed while maintaining the customisation of each individual phase.
The digital version also features an advanced light diagnostic system that helps operators and technicians quickly identify any operating anomalies.

PROGRAMMABLE TOUCH SCREEN: programmable multifunction touch screen control panel. The interface includes multiple language options to simplify command management and improve usability.
The system allows manual, semi-automatic and automatic operation. In automatic mode, up to 30 working programs can be stored, including functions such as delayed start, pauses for dough proofing or ingredient addition, and program restart at any speed and with any preset time. Programs can be named and recalled whenever required.
